The FAB (Fluidized Aerobic Bio-Reactor) is a biological wastewater treatment system that uses aerobic microbes attached to suspended media to break down organic matter in sewage. The media, kept in constant motion through aeration, increases surface area for microbial growth, enabling efficient treatment in a compact footprint. The system is ideal for decentralized and medium-sized sewage treatment applications where space, efficiency, and automation are priorities.

Product Overview

VEPL’s FAB STP System is a plug-and-play, modular, and scalable sewage treatment plant suitable for residential colonies, hotels, hospitals, institutions, and industrial establishments. The FAB process ensures low sludge generation, excellent BOD/COD reduction, and crystal-clear treated water suitable for reuse in flushing, landscaping, and car washing.
